Batman 1966 - TV Theme by Nelson Riddle

Back when Batman (dare I say it) was FUN!!! The score was written by Nelson Riddle but the version of the theme song actually used in the show was by Neal Hefti. I found it slow and boring though and Riddle's original version was faster and more fun to work with. I added the dialogue clip at the beginning. Shown: Adam West & Burt Ward as Batman & Robin, Yvonne Craig as Batgirl, Alan Napier as Alfred, Neil Hamilton as Commissioner James Worthington Gordon, Eartha Kitt & Julie Newmar as Catwoman, Cesar Romero as The Joker, Frank Gorshin as The Riddler, Burgess Meredith as The Penguin, Victor Buono as King Tut, Joan Collins as The Siren, Otto Preminger as Mr. Freeze (or he may have been called Mr. Zero back then), Carolyn Jones as the bride, and an unknown villan wearing a top hat and cape with a Tempus Fugit patch.
